بطاقات المشاعر
موصى به للمهنيين الصحيين، تُستخدم هذه الأداة التثقيفية العلاجية، المسماة "التعبير بالصور"، للعمل على تمثيلات وتجارب المرضى الذين يعانون من أمراض مزمنة. يُفضل استخدامها في جلسة جماعية وتتكون من 42 بطاقة تتضمن المواضيع التالية: "ما أشعر به": 15 بطاقة "ما أحتاجه": 15 بطاقة "ما يمكن أن يساعدني": 10 بطاقات تم تطويرها بالتعاون مع مدرسة التأتب في مستشفى لاراي الجامعي في تولوز.

Recommended for healthcare professionals, the PAR sheet is an educational tool designed to help patients understand the prescribed topical treatments. Based on the “I observe my skin and I take action” principle, this tool helps patients take control of their treatment so they understand what product to apply, and when and where to apply it.
